Terms of service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms govern the Dossalis subscription. They are worth reading before you subscribe: confirming payment means accepting what is here.

1. Who provides the service

Company details are filled in before commercial launch.

[SOCIEDAD TITULAR], tax number [NIF], registered at [DOMICILIO SOCIAL]. Contact: hello@dossalis.com.

2. What you are subscribing to

Dossalis is a documentary control service for distributors and importers of medical devices, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. It is delivered as an online subscription and consists of access to a panel where documentation is recorded and kept current, plus the alerts and reports generated from it.

To be clear: the service organises, reminds and documents. It issues no official certificate, does not represent the client before any authority and does not replace an adviser. Final responsibility for compliance lies with the subscribing company.

3. Prices and billing

The prices that apply are those published on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. They are shown excluding VAT; the applicable tax is added on the invoice. The subscription is charged in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan, and renews automatically for equal periods.

Payment is by card through a certified gateway. We never have access to the card number. The invoice is emailed within three days of each charge.

If a charge is declined we retry for seven days and tell you. If it is still unpaid after that, panel access is suspended; your data is kept for a further thirty days in case you want to reactivate.

4. Term and cancellation

There is no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like from the panel or by writing to hello@dossalis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the next one is not charged. The current period is not refunded pro rata, except under the withdrawal right below.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you subscribe as a consumer, that is outside any business or professional activity, you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without giving reasons, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Just tell us at hello@dossalis.com.

Because this is a digital service supplied immediately, if you expressly ask to start using it before those fourteen days are up and you do use it, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and in any case the part already supplied is deducted. We state this at the point of subscription.

Most of our clients subscribe as a business or professional, in which case this right does not apply.

6. Availability

Our monthly availability target is 99.5%, excluding scheduled maintenance windows, which are announced at least twenty-four hours ahead. If in a calendar month availability falls below that target through our fault, you may claim a credit of 10% of that month's fee.

7. Your data and your documents

The documents and data you upload remain yours. You can export them from the panel at any time. If you cancel, we keep them for thirty days in case you return and then delete them permanently, backups included, within ninety days at most.

Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy.

8. Fair use

The account is for one company. You may give access to the people on your team who need it, but not resell the service or share access with unrelated third parties. Automated extraction of content and use of the service to build a competing one are also not permitted.

9. Liability

We are liable for direct loss arising from our own breach, capped at the amount invoiced over the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for lost profit or for penalties imposed by an authority, since compliance depends on the information the client enters and on decisions outside our control. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Changes to terms or price

If we change these terms or the price we will email you thirty days beforehand. If the change does not suit you, you can cancel before it takes effect at no cost.

11. Complaints, governing law and disputes

You can complain by writing to hello@dossalis.com; we reply within one month at most. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you may use the European online dispute resolution platform. If you subscribe as a business, the parties submit to the courts of the provider's domicile.
