This page sets out who runs Dossalis, the terms on which you may use this website, and where to write if something is not as you expected. It is drafted to meet Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services.

2. What this site is

dossalis.com is the website of Dossalis, a documentary control service for distributors and importers of medical devices, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. From here you can read about the service, take the free test and subscribe.

Dossalis is a documentation and reminder tool. It is not a legal advisory service, not a certification body and not an accredited inspection body, and it does not replace the judgement of the competent authority or of your own adviser. Responsibility for compliance stays with the user company.

3. Terms of use

By browsing this site you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. In particular you agree not to enter false data or third-party data without authorisation, not to attempt to reach restricted areas or other users' accounts, not to place automated load that degrades the service, and not to reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

The text, page structure, design, graphics, source code, the Dossalis name and the distinctive signs shown on the site belong to the owner or are used under licence. Photography comes from libraries licensed for commercial use. You may quote content if you name the source and link to the original page; you may not copy it wholesale or use it to build a competing service.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to an official journal, a regulation or a public authority, it is so you can check the information at source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and the panel continuously available, but we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions from maintenance, hosting incidents or force majeure. Nor are we liable for losses arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of what is published here, without the professional verification the matter calls for.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the owner's domicile, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the forum granted by consumer law applies.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when the company details, the service or the applicable rules change. The date at the top shows the version in force.
